These are open to the public and you can come in anytime!
Sundays- Country Brunch and Wine Dancing are open dancing with a DJ and free lesson! These are open to the public, completely free, and I encourage all ages and levels to join. We play your song requests for the whole 3 hours. Beginner lesson after the first hour.
Mondays are also free for seniors and offered by the City of Reno. I teach beginner level steps and work in light and continuous movement. We take a break then increase the skills to help encourage muscle memory, stability, balance, and cognitive functioning as well. *These are great places to meet other like-minded seniors!
Wednesdays at Evelyn Mount are also for seniors and we focus on Improver level dances while continuing to build skills learned from Monday's class. Free!
Wednesday nights are at the Selden! This is an inclusive space offering open dancing (by request) and lessons from 7-9pm. I teach based on the crowd and do reviews from previous weeks as well. LGBTQ+ friendly (as are all my lessons)! $5 cover
