SENIORS- Free weekly beginner level lessons on Mondays provided by the City of Reno!
We focus on light and continuous movement to help with muscle memory and overall health.
Wednesdays we focus on Improver level line dances (difficulty 2 out of 4) while maintaining focus on balance and agility. It's a workout for the mind and body!
Sundays & Weds. are all ages/family nights!
Join me as I teach Beginner/Improver level dances and join you on the dance floor to have fun with the family.
Sundays 6-10pm, Weds. 7-11pm
Thursdays are Improver/Advanced dance nights!
Beginners are still welcomed, as we play a variety of songs to get you dancing all night!
Each night includes open dancing with our wonderful in-house DJ's!
